Aquaforest impressed us with two beautiful aquariums filled with amazing corals. Let’s see them together.
AquaForest is a well-known Polish company that was born in the United Kingdom in 1995 where it dealt, for the first 11 years of activity, fertilizers and substrates for aquarium plants. Then in 2006 it moved to Poland and expanded its business to coral breeding, especially SPS. Due to economic needs it started to produce its own chemicals for coral breeding and, throughout various studies and research, in 2011 it began to produce its own branded line of products for marine aquariums. And nowadays it’s an established colossus with high level products. The official distributor in Italy is AquariaTech that had its own booth in front of AquaForest. Also, it’s interesting to point out that part of the technical equipment was from Octo, known before as Reef Octopus, of which we’re going to talk about in the next days, as well as AquariaTech.
AquaForest’s booth and its corals at Interzoo 2022 in our video
Before you go on, take a look at our video so that you can see the booth in action. Clicking on the link you’ll be directly sent to the part about AquaForest, but you can also watch the rest. The video is in Italian, you only have to turn the English subs on! Enjoy!
Let’s talk about corals
As you know, Interzoo 2022 didn’t have many corals or fish on display. But this doesn’t apply to AquaForest, who set up two amazing aquariums full of very beautiful and healthy corals! As I always suggest, try getting the first picture full screen and then swipe for the others.
The other aquarium was very interesting because it was almost exclusively filled with various types of Euphyllie and Catalaphyllie.
What a great show! Don’t you think?
On the technical side, you can appreciate the beautiful AquaForest sump, that hosts a calcium reactor by AquaForest and a skimmer by Octo.
Here in detail.
Also the smaller sump under the Euphyllie aquarium.
Even the motion pumps were by Octo and they seemed very interesting.
Obviously we can’t forget the products by AquaForest, even if this year they were in second place to the beautiful corals they showed.
